Caravaca de la Cruz (Spanish: [kaɾaˈβaka ðe la ˈkɾuθ] ), often shortened to Caravaca, is a town and municipality of Spain belonging to the Region of Murcia. The town is located on the left (northern) bank of the Argos, a tributary of the Segura in the southeastern Iberian Peninsula.
