Milazzo (Sicilian: Milazzu; Latin: Mylae; Ancient Greek: Μύλαι, romanized: Mýlai) is a municipality (comune) in the Metropolitan City of Messina, Sicily, southern Italy. It is the largest municipality in the Metropolitan City after Messina and Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto.
