Douglas (Manx: Doolish, pronounced [ˈdðuːlʲəʃ]) is a port city and the capital of the Isle of Man, situated on the Douglas Bay, near the Irish Sea. It is located at the mouth of the River Douglas, and on a sweeping bay of two miles (three kilometres).
