Oulu ( OH-loo, Finnish: [ˈou̯lu] ; Swedish: Uleåborg [ʉːlɛɔˈbɔrj] ) is a major port city in Finland and the regional capital of North Ostrobothnia. It is located on the north-western coast of the country, at the mouth of the River Oulu.
