Tórshavn (Faroese: [ˈtʰɔu̯ʂhau̯n] ; lit. 'Thor's harbour'; Danish: Thorshavn), locally referred to as Havn, is the capital and largest city of the Faroe Islands. It is located in the southern part on the east coast of Streymoy.
