Võru (Estonian: [ˈvɤru]; Võro: Võro; German: Werro) is a town and a municipality in south-eastern Estonia. It is the center of both the Võru County and the Võru Parish although the town itself is not part of the Võru Parish but forms a separate urban municipality.
