Hlinsko (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɦlɪnsko]) is a town in Chrudim District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 9,500 inhabitants. The town is located on the Chrudimka River in the Iron Mountains. Hlinsko was founded in the 12th century and became a town in 1834.
