Verdun ( vər-DUN, Quebec French: [vaɛ̯ʁdœ̃˞]) is a borough (arrondissement) of the city of Montreal, Quebec, located in the southeastern part of the island. From 1907 to 2002, Verdun was a separate municipality from Montreal.
